Like all grandchildren love what their grandmothers cooked for them. Pour the water and dry the cucumbers and cut them into slices or pieces you like. Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Asian Cucumbers (variation of the ones above)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Ingedients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 kg small garden cucumbers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 &#8211; 8 cm peeled ginger cut in slices or small pieces<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 red onion in 1\/8 pieces<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the brew:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250ml cider vinegar, 250ml white balsamico vinegar, 250ml herb vinegar, 750ml water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250g raw cane sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 soup spoon salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 ts coriander<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 ts each: black pepper, juniper, mustard seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 red chili<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 stalk lemongras<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong> repeat like indicated above.
