What would the little ones like to eat? The strange thing is that they eat without complainig to much stews in different variations. Why not trying a vegetable curry, really easy and fast to cook?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recipe for 4 people, 30 minutes preparation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cauliflower<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 carrots<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 &#8211; 5 potatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 pears<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 onion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 cm fresh ginger (ore more if you like it)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>colza oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 gr. red lentils<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TS currypowder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 TS fresh grated curcuma\/turmeric (if you don&#8217;t have it fresh, take the powder)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 ml vegetable stock<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 soup spoons sour cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>salt, pepper, fresh cilantro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/whatfoodcan_kids_1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" src=\"http:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/whatfoodcan_kids_1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"whatfoodcan_kids_1\" class=\"wp-image-3771\" srcset=\"https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/whatfoodcan_kids_1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/whatfoodcan_kids_1-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/whatfoodcan_kids_1-220x165.jpg 220w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash, clean and cut the veggies into cubes or &#8220;roses&#8221;. Cut the ginger and the onion in small cubes and steam them in the colza oil, until it&#8217;s all glazed. Add the carrots, potatoes, lentils and cauliflower, flavor it with the curcuma and curry powder, let it roast a little bit and then add the vegetable stock. Their sweet taste will balance the slightly savoury taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy everybody!
