My sister Antje re-cooked it and with her recipe you can try it easily at home! It&#8217;s a delicous sunday soup, very enjoyable. Take some time and dedication and you&#8217;ll get a very good one. Here comes the story:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Time for preparation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut and peel: 20 minutes, cooking: 3 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients for 2 l. soup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 kg beaf meat, look at the foto, I can&#8217;t translate it (part of the leg)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 gr. beaf bones, look at the foto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 onion meduim size<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 leek<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 parsley root<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 root selery (not the green sticks, but the white round root)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 carrots<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 bay leaves<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>fresh thyme, 4 branches<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 teaspoon black pepper grains, 3 grains pimento (looks like a bigger pepper grain), 2 maces<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>fresh parsley, salt and pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/whatfoodcan_suppe.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4042\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"http:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/whatfoodcan_suppe-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"whatfoodcan_suppe\" class=\"wp-image-4042\" srcset=\"https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/whatfoodcan_suppe-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/whatfoodcan_suppe.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/whatfoodcan_suppe-220x147.jpg 220w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash the meat and the bones with cold water and put it in a big pot, covered with water. Bring it to strong boiling. Take away the foam, which appears on the surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Than add all other ingredients. Let it cook smoothly by low heat for 2,5 hours. Let th soup cool down for some hours or during the nicht. Take away the fat on the surface with a spoon. Or, if you like it, you can eat it with the hot soup! Fat carries flavours. Warm it up again. Season to taste with salt and pepper. And some fresh parsley or royale (eggs) if you like it.
