Sva = selbst und stha = stehen. Im eigenen Selbst stehen, innnerhalb der Grenzen, die uns unser K\u00f6rper und Geist stellen. Innerhalb unserer Konstitution verbleiben. Zufrieden sein mit sich selber, so wie man ist. Sich selbst akzeptieren, nicht versuchen so zu sein, wie einem das von Aussen vermittelt wird. Unabh\u00e4ngig sein von den immer mehr werdenden Ablenkungen und Stimulationen von aussen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sich wohlf\u00fchlen in seinem K\u00f6rper, mit seinen Gedanken, seiner Gef\u00fchlswelt und den Menschen um sich herum. Mit Ausgeglichenheit und Gelassenheit den St\u00f6rfaktoren begegnen k\u00f6nnen. Die F\u00e4higkeit besitzen, immmer wieder in seine eigene Mitte zur\u00fcckzukommen und dort Kraft und Ruhe zu finden. Vertrauen zu haben, dass es eine &#8220;h\u00f6here Intelligenz&#8221; gibt, die uns leitet. Das ist eine gute Basis f\u00fcr ein gl\u00fcckliches, gesundes, zufriedenes und langes Leben. Mit gesunder Ern\u00e4hrung allein geht das allerdings nicht.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Meditationspraxis eignet sich wunderbar dazu, sich selbst wirklich gut kennen zu lernen. Wie es sich anf\u00fchlt, in sich selbst zu ruhen. Zu wissen, was gut f\u00fcr uns ist und was nicht. Und sie lehrt uns, wie man mit regelm\u00e4ssiger \u00dcbung und Steigerung der Aufmerksamkeit zu einem l\u00e4nger andauernden &#8220;im Selbst ruhen&#8221; kommt. Zumindest immer wieder. Schnell geht es nicht, aber es funktioniert :-).\u00a0 Und wenn n\u00f6tig sollte man auch alte &#8220;Wunden oder Traumata&#8221;, die unser Verhalten konditionieren mit einem Psychologen anschauen.
