Seasoned with fresh herbs, lime juice and sesam seeds, this salad becomes a great summer colleague to grilles veggies or fish\/meat. And it brings a little bit more of &#8220;juice&#8221; onto the table even in colder months. It is one of my favourit-standard salads! And easy to store, because a sweet potatoe doesn\u00b4t get &#8220;bad&#8221; so fast like a green salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 sweet potato per person. The quantity will shrink a bit after the marinating. Here the recipe for 2 persons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 big sweet poatato<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>juice from 1\/2 lime (or lemon)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pinch of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 TS cane sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>fresh grinded ginger, a bit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>cilantro leaves fresh, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TS roasted sesam seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel the sweet potatoes und cut them in fine slices. Then cut them again in very fine slices. Mix it well and let it marinate for 10 minutes. Then add the lime juice, the grinded ginger, the sesam seeds and the cilantro. It\u00b4s fantastic and you\u00b4ll make it a standard in your house.
