It is very rich in unsaturated fatty acids and contains minerals and vitamins. The bowels are thankful for a &#8220;lining&#8221; of vegetable fat from time to time!<br \/>With avocados you can make great &#8220;dips&#8221; like guacamole, which when added to salads gives them more consistency, or blend them into smoothies giving them a creamier texture. Avocado is an alternative component; it\u2019s very pleasant and adds color!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Tip:<\/b> if you only use half an avocado, you can use the &#8220;empty&#8221; half as a lid to cover the &#8220;full&#8221; half when you store it in the fridge.
