They\u2019re often found in ready-to-eat foods, especially fried foods like potato chips and chicken wings or in pastries like cookies, donuts, cream pies, croissants and generally, in fast food products.<br \/>These trans fats are also found in some breakfast cereals, muesli bars or ready-to-eat muesli.
