This &#8220;fake&#8221; cereal is gluten free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quinoa has a very high nutritional value. In addition to its high content in protein and minerals, it offers amino acids that are of vital importance. The body needs these for the production of hormones and enzymes. During the winter months they help the quinoa seeds raise the level of serotonin, which is known as the hormone of happiness.
