Sin embargo, me gustar\u00eda a\u00f1adir dos aspectos que me han ayudado a llevar una buena vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Justo cuando entr\u00e9 en la edad adulta, desde Estados Unidos lleg\u00f3 a Europa la moda de contar calor\u00edas. Esto result\u00f3 una cruz para m\u00ed, porque entonces pesaba 86 kilos. Despu\u00e9s de muchos vaivenes pude bajar mi peso a 65 kilos y quise mantenerlo as\u00ed. No fue nada f\u00e1cil. Por suerte, me acord\u00e9 de San Pancracio. Le di mi palabra: \u201eno comer\u00eda despu\u00e9s de las siete si \u00e9l me ayudaba a mantener mi peso\u201c. El \u201edar la palabra\u201c es muy importante para no abandonar nuestra intenci\u00f3n. Ahora llevo m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os con mi dieta diaria temporal y tanto a m\u00ed como a mi cuerpo nos sienta de maravilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo segundo ha sido mi intento por evitar a los m\u00e9dicos y sus medicamentos tanto como me ha sido posible.
