Pero no se debe exagerar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Consumo<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada a\u00f1o consumimos por persona alrededor de 50 kg de az\u00facar. \u00bfC\u00f3mo? Precisamente, el cuerpo necesita estos minerales para procesar el az\u00facar. Sin embargo, su metabolizaci\u00f3n es igual que la del az\u00facar (\u00e1cido) y contienen calor\u00edas (a excepci\u00f3n de la estevia). Por eso, \u00a1las alternativas m\u00e1s sanas tambi\u00e9n se deben consumir con moderaci\u00f3n!
