La Stevia es un edulcorante natural, sin calor\u00edas y un tanto m\u00e1s dulce que el az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La planta viene originalmente de Sudam\u00e9rica. En Alemania, por ejemplo, la planta todav\u00eda no est\u00e1 legalizada, pero su endulzante en cambio s\u00ed (desde Noviembre 2011). Algunos medios hablan de un \u201cbombo\u201d irrazonable de la Stevia, otros sospechan una conspiraci\u00f3n de la industria del az\u00facar, que quiere evitar la legalizaci\u00f3n de la planta.
