Era el \u00fanico edulcorante existente. El jugo dulce pegajoso de las abejas se compone de m\u00e1s de 200 ingredientes diferentes, como fructosa natural, glucosa, \u00e1cidos org\u00e1nicos, minerales, vitaminas, aromas y enzimas. Justamente son estos ingredientes que le faltan al az\u00facar blanco. Por eso, la miel es una alternativa saludable y natural que, sin embargo, se debe de consumir con cautela. El efecto curador de la miel en la tos, resfriados y heridas es bien conocido. Al comprar la miel se debe de verificar que no sea pasteurizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Miel en el Ayurveda y su efecto en las doshas:<\/strong> Miel reduce las 3 doshas. Su sabor es dulce y astringente, su energ\u00eda es ligera y fr\u00eda. La miel estimula nuestro agni (fuego digestive) y reduce Medas Dhatu, nuestro tejido grasa. Es un edulcorante apto para tipos Kapha! De la miel pueden chupar una cucharadita sin mala consciencia. En el Ayurveda la miel sirve tambi\u00e9n como medio de transporte para otras sustancias, porque llega a los canales m\u00e1s finos dentro de nuestro cuerpo (Yogavahi). Adem\u00e1s la miel es buena para la voz y el coraz\u00f3n, fomenta un buen color de la piel. Tiene un efecto afrodis\u00edaco y cura heridas; ayuda en caso de tos y asthma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Miel de Manuka<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viene de Nueva Zelanda y contiene hasta 400 veces m\u00e1s de sustancias curativas que otros tipos de miel. Tiene un color marr\u00f3n \u00fanico y recuerda al sabor del caramelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La naturopat\u00eda neozelandesa lleva aplicando las propiedades curativas de la miel de Manuka desde hace d\u00e9cadas. Ahora est\u00e1 cient\u00edficamente comprobado que esta miel, tanto a nivel interno como externo, da unos resultados asombrosos. Vale como antibi\u00f3tico natural, elimina numerosos g\u00e9rmenes y ayuda mucho en heridas o quemaduras con posibilidad de infectarse. Si despu\u00e9s de una larga toma de antibi\u00f3ticos aparecen problemas intestinales, tambi\u00e9n puede ayudar tomar la miel de Manuka. Resfriados, dolor de garganta, tos, cistitis y sinusitis pueden tratarse con \u00e9xito.
