Debajo de su piel sorprende con un fuerte color amarillo anaranjado, con el cual se puede dar color a las comidas. Se le llama el \u201eazafr\u00e1n de la India\u201c y es un importante ingrediente del curry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el ayurveda la c\u00farcuma se considera un antibi\u00f3tico natural y es inprescindible en la cocina asi\u00e1tica. En Europa gana terreno sobre todo en la terapia alimenticia de pacientes con c\u00e1ncer. El efecto inhibidor de tumores se adjudica sobre todo al colorante Curcumina. H\u00edgado y bilis se refuerzan con el consumo de c\u00farcuma. La c\u00farcuma se deber\u00eda utilizar m\u00e1s a menudo en la cocina: por su efecto colorante ex\u00f3tico y \u00a1sus grandes beneficios para la salud!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00farcuma en el Ayurveda y su efecto en las doshas:<\/strong> c\u00farcuma reduce las 3 doshas. Su sabor es amargo y picante, su efecto seco y caliente. C\u00farcuma tiene un efecto antiseptico, antiinflamatorio, limpia la sangre y es un terapeutico para la piel (tratamiento interior).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En caso de almorranas:<\/strong> una pasta de aloe vera y c\u00farcuma ayuda aplicada de forma local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En caso de conjuntivitis:<\/strong> poner a hervir 1 parte de c\u00farcuma con 8 partes de agua destilada, filtrarlo y aplicar 2 &#8211; 3 gotas en el ojo afectado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al comprar c\u00farcuma se debe mirar bien la calidad de la misma. Lo mejor son las ra\u00edces frescas, se encuentran en muchas tiendas \u201ebio\u201c a un precio econ\u00f3mico. Se rasca la piel de manera facil con una cuchara, o con un pelador de patatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Atenci\u00f3n:<\/b> hay que tener en cuenta su efecto colorante durante la preparaci\u00f3n, sobre todo en los dedos de la mano.
