La planta de s\u00e9samo puede -seg\u00fan el tipo- crear semillas blancas, marr\u00f3n claro o negras. La medicina china conoce el s\u00e9samo negro desde hace mucho tiempo como alimento curativo. Sabe ligeramente a nuez y es muy decorativo en los platos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El s\u00e9samo negro es una excelente fuente de prote\u00ednas. Especialmente indicado para deportistas, mujeres embarazadas, madres que dan el pecho, veganos y personas que no toleran o no quieren comer l\u00e1cteos. Como el s\u00e9samo negro dispone de todos las amino\u00e1cidos esenciales (imprescindibles para vivir) con cuya ayuda nuestro cuerpo construye las c\u00e9lulas, es un ingrediente que refuerza todos los tejidos, adem\u00e1s de los huesos, dientes, u\u00f1as, cabello y la piel. La capacidad de concentraci\u00f3n aumenta con su consumo, as\u00ed como la vitalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El s\u00e9samo negro se debe moler y poner encima del muesli de la ma\u00f1ana, el postre, la sopa o la verdura. Para mantener sus valiosos nutrientes vivos no se debe cocer ni hervir. Se necesita un molinillo especial para triturarlo, un molino de cer\u00e1mica, para que no se enganchen las semillas.
