Cuando se dejan crecer algunas de estas variedades alg\u00fan tiempo juntas, entonces degerneran otra vez a su forma primitiva,<\/p>\n<p>La col se puede adquirir durante todo el a\u00f1o, es econ\u00f3mico, se conserva bien, sacia y encima es extraordinariamente sano:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 rica en vitaminas A, C, K<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 contiene minerales alc\u00e1licas, que equilibran la base de \u00e1cidos<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 contiene muchas materias vegetales secundarias<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 es hipocal\u00f3rico y baja el nivel del colesterol<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 posee aceites de mostaza con efecto inhibitorio del c\u00e1ncer<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 polifenoles que diluyen la sangre<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Isocianat es anticancer\u00edgeno<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 contiene adem\u00e1s captadores de radicales, desintoxicantes, antigerminantes, y mucho m\u00e1s<\/p>\n<p>El repollo es una de las m\u00e1s importantes productos alimenticios anticancer\u00edgeno. Crudo \u00f3 como chucrut (fermentado con \u00e1cido l\u00e1cteo, y solo con sal) favorece la regeneraci\u00f3n de la flora intestinal, y previene el c\u00e1ncer del intestino. Chucrut crudo es m\u00e1s saludable que cocinado. Para esto se limpian y se hierven brevemente las hojas y se aplican. Tambi\u00e9n vale la pena utilizarlas, por ejemplo, en callos, contracciones \u00f3 quemaduras de sol.<\/p>\n<p>Quien se decide a\u00f1adir a su dieta la beneficiosa col en forma de ensaladas, sopas, potajes \u00b4como zumo, tendr\u00e1 una salud mucho m\u00e1s robusta, y por lo tanto una vida m\u00e1s satisfactoria.<\/p>\n<p>La col verde preparado al estilo vegetariano con pur\u00e9 de almendras, Estrag\u00f3n, Tofu ahumado y almendras picadas. Esto sabe tan ricamente, tambi\u00e9n sin las salchichas gordas u grasientas.<\/p>\n<p>Recomendaci\u00f3n:\u00a0 Solo la col guisada produce flatulencias.
