Ambas tienen el mismo sabor c\u00edtrico. La ciruela se mete con el hueso en la boca y se chupa como un caramelo; la pasta se unta sobre el pan o se utiliza para el ali\u00f1o de una ensalada. Muy refrescante y con un efecto enorme en la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No se deben comer grandes cantidades de la pasta de ciruelas umeboshi. La punta de un cuchillo es suficiente. La umeboshi tiene efecto antis\u00e9ptico, vence la fatiga, alivia en los mareos (en mujeres embarazadas), desintoxica, es antioxidante, tranquiliza el sistema nervioso y digestivo, abre el apetito y ayuda en caso de tener resaca. Entre todos los alimentos alcalinos, la umeboshi es la reina. Si se ha consumido demasiado az\u00facar, tartas, productos de harina blanca, se puede equilibrar el organismo comiendo una o dos ciruelas umeboshi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Consejo 1<\/b>: existe un vinagre umeboshi que desmineraliza menos el cuerpo que el vinagre com\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Consejo 2<\/b>: en cada casa deber\u00eda haber umeboshi, en forma de ciruela o pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Receta:<\/b> salsa agridulce con verduras mandala ( Montse Vallory)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de pasta umeboshi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de melaza de arroz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de agua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 cucharadas de aceite virgen (de oliva o lino)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primero se mezclan la pasta umeboshi y la melaza con el agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin dejar de remover, se a\u00f1ade el aceite hasta que ligue todo como una emulsi\u00f3n. Esta salsa es deliciosa con verdura al dente, decorada de manera bonita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><a
