Tambi\u00e9n el estr\u00e9s en el colegio \u00f3 en casa era a menudo la causa para disimuladas visitas a la despensa familiar para acaparar todo el chocolate que se pod\u00eda &#8212;&#8212; siempre con miedo de ser pillado y castigado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta tensi\u00f3n que me conduc\u00eda a un exagerado consumo de az\u00facar, aument\u00f3 con el tiempo, y con ello mi inadaptaci\u00f3n a los alimentos. Despu\u00e9s de haber sufrido durante los a\u00f1os de mi adolescencia una gastritis cr\u00f3nica, llegu\u00e9 paulatinamente a la conclusi\u00f3n, que mi prop\u00f3sito de tener la vida bajo control, hab\u00eda fracasado completamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mis estudios sobre la sostenibilidad y mis primeros encuentros con la pr\u00e1ctica de la meditaci\u00f3n y la atenci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s del bachillerato, me llevaron al convencimiento, que la situaci\u00f3n del mundo no se podr\u00e1 cambiar solo con leyes que limitan tanto el consumo, como la cuotas de CO2 en la atm\u00f3sfera. Seg\u00fan mi opini\u00f3n la verdadera crisis habr\u00e1 que buscar en nosotros mismos, en nuestro orden de valores materialistas, y en nuestras necesidades externalizadas. La pr\u00e1ctica de la atenci\u00f3n me ayud\u00f3 a proyectarme m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s hacia mi interior, y a concentrarme en esta necesidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00fan como mucho chocolate, pero no porque me siento forzada por el estr\u00e9s \u00f3 por las circunstancias exteriores, sino porque he decidido disfrutar &#8230;&#8230; pero sin pasarme!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el proyecto trienal \u00abFormaci\u00f3n para el consumo sostenible a trav\u00e9s del entrenamiento de la atenci\u00f3n\u00bb (BiNKA), financiado por el BMBF, que ha comenzado recientemente en la Universidad T\u00e9cnica en Berlin, queremos investigar m\u00e1s ampliamente y sobre una s\u00f3lida base cient\u00edfica, que influencia tiene el entrenamiento de la atenci\u00f3n sobre el comportamiento consumista de diferentes grupos de destino. La idea del proyecto naci\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de mi propia historia vital. Hoy en dia mucha gente &#8211; y tambi\u00e9n yo &#8211;&nbsp; estamos conscientes de los efectos negativos que tiene nuestro consumo sobre la naturaleza y la vida humana, pero nos cuesta mucho cambiar nuestro comportamiento destructivo por un consumo m\u00e1s sostenible\/ m\u00e1s sano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan nuestro criterio, para conseguir esto la atenci\u00f3n podr\u00eda ser un verdadero apoyo, y no solamente por ser el reflejo de mi experiencia personal, sino porque se sabe, que la atenci\u00f3n favorece el hecho de tomar consciencia de comportamientos habituales \u00e9 inconscientes, pudiendo ser el modo de ampliar el propio \u00e1mbito de respuesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a
