Este \u201efalso\u201c cereal no contiene gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Quinoa tiene un gran valor nutritivo. Aparte de su alto contenido en prote\u00ednas y minerales, ofrece muchos amino\u00e1cidos que son de inter\u00e9s vital. El organismo los necesita para la constituci\u00f3n de hormonas y enzimas. En los meses de invierno las semillas de la quinoa potencian la descarga de serotonina, la cual es conocida como la hormona de la felicidad.
