Las grasas son portadoras del sabor y enriquecen cada comida.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c1cidos grasos<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Saturados (predominante de origen animal)<\/p>\n<p>Monoinsaturados (predominante de origen vegetal)<\/p>\n<p>Poliinsaturados (predominante omega-3 y omega-6)<\/p>\n<p>El organismo humano no es capaz de generar \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales. Por eso, es de vital absorberlos con la comida.<\/p>\n<p><b>Alimentos con contenido de \u00e1cidos grasos <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nueces, almendras, semillas de lino, pescado azul (salm\u00f3n, caballa, arenque, sardinas, at\u00fan), s\u00e9samo y pepitas de girasol o calabaza, aguacates y aceites virgen extra, como el aceite de lino. Estos productos deber\u00edan incluirse regularmente en la comida.<\/p>\n<p><b>Aceites<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Un buen aceite debe ser de calidad, virgen extra y de primera prensi\u00f3n en fr\u00edo. Se debe guardar en un frasco oscuro para protegerlo de la luz y del ox\u00edgeno. Los aceites muy delicados, como el aceite de lino, es mejor guardarlos en la nevera. Para evitar que se pongan rancios, se recomienda alternar la compra, por ejemplo, del aceite de lino y del aceite de germen de
