Es muy rico en \u00e1cidos grasos insaturados y contiene minerales y vitaminas. \u00a1Los intestinos agradecen una \u201ecapa\u201c de esta grasa vegetal de vez en cuando!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el aguacate se hacen \u201edips\u201c como el guacamole, que a\u00f1adido a ensaladas les da m\u00e1s consistencia, o se puede mezclar en un smoothie creando un l\u00edquido m\u00e1s cremoso. El aguacate es un componente alternativo, satisfactorio y \u00a1da color!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Consejo:<\/b> si solo se usa medio aguacate, se puede poner la mitad \u201evac\u00eda\u201c como tapa encima de la a\u00fan \u201ellena\u201c y guardarlo en la nevera.
