Se encuentran especialmente a menudo en alimentos prefabricados, como p.e. en muchos productos fritos como las patatas fritas, alitas de pollo o boller\u00eda como galletas, donuts, tartas de crema, cruasanes y en general, en productos de comida r\u00e1pida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas grasas trans se encuentran tambi\u00e9n en algunos cereales para el desayuno, barritas de muesli o mueslis prefabricados. La influencia de las grasas trans en la salud no es buena: hacen subir el nivel de colesterol, aumentan el riesgo de padecer enfermedades cardiovasculares, suben la presi\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea y pueden provocar alergias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Aceites y grasas rancios:<\/b> no se deben consumir aceites, grasas, nueces o semillas que hayan pasado la fecha de caducidad o que hayan sido demasiado
