Hemos adaptado algunas peque\u00f1as cositas, pero la receta base (escrita por ella misma) esta igual que hace muchos a\u00f1os! En Espa\u00f1a no se conocen mucho y creo que por el sabor fuerte que tienen (agridulce), no son para todo el mundo pero seguro que hay alg\u00fan y otro que le encantar\u00eda probarla. Cortarlos en trozos o lonchas, como m\u00e1s te guste. Muy importante: no debe quedar nada sin cubrir dentro de los tarros! Todo debe estar cubierto de l\u00edquido. Cerrarlos muy bien y darles la vuelta enseguida para que esten cabizbajo. Despues ya estan listos para comer! Y se mantienen bien en un lugar oscuro y frio hasta 6 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pepinillos \u00abAsia\u00bb<\/strong> (una variari\u00f3n de la receta arriba)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 kg pepinillos de jardin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 &#8211; 8cm de gengibre pelado fresco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cebolla roja, en trozos 1\/8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para el caldo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250ml de vinagre de manzana, 250ml vingare de balsamico blanco, 250ml vinagre de hierbas, 750ml de agua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250gr de azucar de ca\u00f1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharaditas de cilantro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de: pimienta negra, eneldo, semillas de mostaza<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 chili roja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 rama de lemon gras<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n: seguir los mismos pasos como indicado arriba.
