Este aceite es bien conocido en Espa\u00f1a y de \u00e9l se encuentran sabores y calidades excelentes. Forma parte de la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea y es, adem\u00e1s de sabroso, muy sano: protege de infartos, baja el nivel de colesterol, retrasa el proceso de envejecimiento, tiene un efecto antioxidativo y mejora la Feuchtigkeit (hidrataci\u00f3n) de la piel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encuentra su aplicaci\u00f3n diaria en la cocina: en fr\u00edo, para el ali\u00f1o de ensaladas, o para asar, con mucho cuidado para que no se queme. No se debe calentar excesivamente (m\u00e1s de 180\u00baC), nunca debe humear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unas verduras ali\u00f1adas con aceite de oliva de buena calidad y una pizca de sal conforman un plato
