Aparte de contener otras vitaminas, destaca especialmente su alto grado de vitamina E. El aceite de germen de trigo ofrece protecci\u00f3n para el cabello, act\u00faa como un sistema \u201eanti-aging\u201c, prevee enfermedades cardiovasculares y baja el nivel de colesterol.
