Con su sabor acido combina muy bien con la carne o el pescado en un picnic o en una barbacoa. Es bastante facil de preparar y llevar! Se hace con mangos y tomates inmaduros. Suena raro en un primer momento, pero se puede digerir sin problemas. Y en tiempos de cambio clim\u00e1tico y calor extremo hacemos una excepci\u00f3n y comemos frutas y verduras que quizas no crezcan en nuestra regi\u00f3n. Las frutas de los pa\u00edses del sur tienen un efecto refrescante.
