Si es posible compradla directamente en el mercado. Apoyad a los agricultores locales! Preguntadles, c\u00f3mo trabajan sus campos. No todos tienen un certificado \u201eBio\u201c caro, pero cultivan sus verduras sin utilizar ning\u00fan tipo de sustancias qu\u00edmicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda existen numerosas cooperativas, que mandan una vez por semana una cesta de verduras y frutas de la temporada a casa: una mezcla colorada de lo que da la naturaleza, m\u00e1s fresco y sano imposible. Se ahorra tiempo en hacer la compra y basura de embalaje innesesario. Algunas cooperativas o productores piden que se les ayude dos o tres veces por a\u00f1o en tareas faciles en el campo. Eso una buena ocasi\u00f3n para los que viven en las grandes ciudades de avivar una relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s estrecha con la naturaleza y valorar su \u201eproducci\u00f3n\u201c de nuestros alimentos. (Una ensalda no puede crecer de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana y costar 20 centimos). \u00bfDemasiada fruta o verdura para una persona? \u00bfPor que no compartir con la vecina o un amigo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una alimentaci\u00f3n sana no tiene que costar mucho. Los productos Bio cuestan muchas veces menos en los supermercados que en las peque\u00f1as tiendas y tambi\u00e9n son de buena calidad (por causa de log\u00edstica y distribuci\u00f3n). Calcular bien la cantidad de productos que se necesita y evitar tirar alimentos es otra opci\u00f3n de hacer un favor a nuestro bolsillo. Y un poco menos de carne tambien equilibra el budget y protege al medio ambiente! Si tomas la decisi\u00f3n de hacer un cambio hac\u00eda una alimentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sana para y sostenible, hazlo!
