(1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Cocer<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre cuando sea posible debemos evitar procesos de cocci\u00f3n a temperaturas muy elevadas, como p.ej. fre\u00edr. Alimentos quemados no deben consumirse. Carne o pescado a la plancha debe consumirse con moderaci\u00f3n. No se recomienda comer alimentos ahumados, curados o muy salados con frecuencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una cocci\u00f3n cuidadosa, tanto para verduras como para carne o pescado, es recomendable. Se precisa poca grasa, el sabor natural de los productos destaca m\u00e1s, el alimento no se reseca ni se quema y las sustancias nutritivas se conservan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cocina macrobi\u00f3tica se centra en el efecto que tienen los alimentos en el cuerpo seg\u00fan su estado natural y su preparaci\u00f3n y los clasifica en alimentos: calor\u00edficos, contrayentes, expansivos&#8230; Es un tema muy interesante, para todos aquellos que quieren averiguar m\u00e1s.
