Con un mixer electr\u00f3nico trabajas la masa hasta que todo est\u00e9 bien mezclado. El mousse de almendras empieza a \u00abcuajar\u00bb un poco, eso es lo que queremos conseguir. A\u00f1adir el edulcorante de tu elecci\u00f3n, el cacao y la vainilla. Solo si fuera demasiada densa, se puede a\u00f1adir con mucho cuidado un poco de leche de arroz. Una cucharada por ejemplo. La masa suele ser m\u00e1s compacta y debe mantener esta consistencia. Cortar el chocolate en trozitos peque\u00f1os y a\u00f1adirlo. Picar las nueces y mezclar la mitad de ellos con la masa. Mezclar la otra mitad de las nueces con un poco de sal y dejarlas preparadas en un lado. La masa est\u00e1 lista ahora. Una vez \u00abalisada\u00bb la superficie de la masa, a\u00f1adir la otra mitad de las nueces con sal.
