Necesitar\u00e1s unas cuantas especias y tiempo. Dejar ebullir. Reducir el fuego y dejar que la sopa se haga lentamente durante las proximas 3 horas con la tapa medio cerrada. Ver la receta en la misma p\u00e1gina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para disfrutar esta sopa, coger \u00abtirar ligeramente\u00bb algo de la carne de ganso, y a\u00f1adirla con unas setas y cebolleta cortada finamente (o ajo tierno), calentar todo y a disfrutar! Esto funciona muy bien. No se romper\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y no te pierdas la receta del rilette de ganso!
