Si hace falta a\u00f1adir un chorrito de agua para que no se quemen las cebollas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar las remolachas bien con agua y un cepillo de verduras. No quitaremos la piel. Dejar asar unos 10 minutos. Salar ligeramente. No es dificil, pero hace falta un poco de \u00abmano izquierda\u00bb. Lavar las lentejas con agua fria y ponerlas a hervir con una hoja de laurel y un poco de sal. Quitar la espuma blanca que sale hasta que deje de aparecer. OJO: no a\u00f1ades demasiado agua. Debe salir un pur\u00e9 m\u00e1s bien compacta &#8211; no una papilla liquida. Mejor a\u00f1adir algo de agua caliente si fuera necesario, porque quitar lo que sobra, no se puede. En cuanto las lentejas empiezan a ensanchar, removerlas. Cuando este listo el pur\u00e9, anadir las hoja de espinacas lavadas y cortadas en tiras. Sacar todo del fuego despues de 2 minutos.
