Una que se prepara a base de huesos, carne y unos especies. Mi padre la hac\u00eda como nadie m\u00e1s. Para que todos puedan degustarla, mi hermana Antje la ha re-cocinado. Y como ella dice: pon tiempo y cari\u00f1o, y saldr\u00e1 fenomenal!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar y cortar (suena a peluquer\u00eda): 20 minutos. Cocinar 3 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para la sopa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 kg de carne de ternera, ver la foto (no tengo traducci\u00f3n)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 gr de huesos de ternera, ver la foto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cebolla mediana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 puerro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u00abra\u00edz de perejil\u00bb, es una ra\u00edz blanca, tama\u00f1o mediano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 apio (no las palas verdes sino una ra\u00edz redonda y blanca)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 zanahorias<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 hojas de laurel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>tomillo fresco, 4 ramitas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de pimienta negra, 3 granos de pimienta de jamaica, 2 macis (hojas de nuez moscada, parecen de cera)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>perejil fresco, sal y pimienta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/whatfoodcan_suppe.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4043\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"http:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/whatfoodcan_suppe-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"whatfoodcan_suppe\" class=\"wp-image-4043\" srcset=\"https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/whatfoodcan_suppe-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/whatfoodcan_suppe.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/whatfoodcan_suppe-220x147.jpg 220w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar la carne y los huesos con agua fria y colocarla en una olla grande, cubierta con agua. Llevar a bullir con fuego fuerte. La espuma que va saliendo, se quita. As\u00ed la sopa no se vuelve turbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s a\u00f1adir todos los demas ingredientes. Dejar enfriar la sopa y quitar la grasa que se deposita en la superficie. Tambien se puede colocar durante la noche en el balcon. A quien le gusta comer m\u00e1s fuerte, puede dejar la grasa en la sopa y saborearla. Este paso es muy importante! Calentarla de nuevo y rectificar con sal y pimienta. Servirla con un poco de perejil o batido de huevo (ver la foto). Nuestra sopa es perfecta para un domingo o festivo! Si te gusta el sabor m\u00e1s intenso, reducir la sopa durante una o dos horas m\u00e1s y dejarla hervir muy suavemente.
