S\u00ed se\u00f1or, un curry de verduras! Es la mejor manera ( a parte del risotto) de aprovechar los restos que quedan y preparar al mismo tiempo una comida deliciosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Necesitar\u00e9 adem\u00e1s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cebolla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 dientes de ajo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 cm de gengibre fresco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 chili rojo picante<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300ml de leche de coco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300ml de caldo de verdura<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortar la cebolla, el ajo, el chili y el gengibre y picarlo. Estofarlo en un poco de aceite de coco u otro aceite 5 minutos a fuego lento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto puedes coger una sarten peque\u00f1a y tostar en ella, sin a\u00f1adir aceite o grasa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de cada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>semillas de cilantro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>semillas de comino<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>heno griego<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c\u00farcuma molida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto empiezen a saltar las semillas, sacar la sarten del fuego y moler las especies en un mortero. A\u00f1adir ahora las especies a las cebollas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adir las coles de bruselas lavadas y cortadas en cuartos, m\u00e1s el boniato pelado y cortado en cubitos, subir un poco el fuego y asarlo todo unos 3 minutos. Ahora echar 300ml de leche de coco y 300ml de caldo de verdura. Despu\u00e9s de ortos 5 minutos, a\u00f1adir el mango pelado y cortado en cubitos. Dejar cocinarlo a fuego lento unos 10 minutos m\u00e1s.
