Ghee es mantequilla clarificada. Cuando todos los componentes lacteos se hayan depositado y todo el agua se haya evaporado, queda el Ghee. Tambi\u00e9n existe ghee a base de aceites vegetales; este es m\u00e1s economico, pero para nada tan sabroso como el Usli Ghee. Para que se manifieste su sabor t\u00edpico dulce y a nuez, hace falta hervirlo muy lentamente. Se utiliza para cocinar, freir o asar. La gran ventaja: no se quema a temperaturas muy altas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beneficios para la salud seg\u00fan el ayurveda:<\/strong> Ghee es imprescindible en la cocina ayurvedica. Es la mejor sustancia \u00abgrasa\u00bb. <strong>Ghee tiene un efecto equilibrador en los tres doshas.<\/strong> Ghee estimula el \u00abAgni\u00bb suavemente. Es una grasa que no perjudica el h\u00edgado, al contrario, lo refuerza. Ghee pertenece a los \u00abrasayana\u00bb (remedio de rejuvenecimiento), mantiene las \u00absrotas\u00bb (espacios de transporte) abiertos, resulta desintoxicante, tonifica la mente y refuerza el intelecto. Ghee tiene un efecto anabolico \/ reestructurante. Ghee aumenta nuestro \u00abojas\u00bb: nuestra vitalidad y nuestra resistencia a enfermedades. Si se toma Ghee con leche templada elimina obstructiones. A menudo se utiliza el Ghee como sustancia portadora para llevar las sustancias activas de la hierbas medicinales m\u00e1s adentro del los tejidos (Dathus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>750 gr. mantequilla &#8211; da para 600 gr. de ghee. La cantidad se puede adaptar seg\u00fan las necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong> aprox. 30 minutos. Cuanto m\u00e1s grande sea la cantidad de mantequilla, m\u00e1s tiempo de cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colocar los trozos de mantequilla en una olla pesada y grande. Sacar con una espumadera la espuma. En los primeros 10 minutos se oye un silbido debido a que el agua se esfuma. Si se sobrecalienta, toma un color oscuro y un olor \u00abmordiente\u00bb. Para la cantidad de 750 gr. de mantequilla se deja hervir todo unos 30 minutos. Remover de vez en cuando, para ver si hay algo marron en el fondo de la olla. Entonces se apaga en seguida el fuego. Verter el l\u00edquido de color oro en un recipiente limpio de cristal. Se puede verter ademas antes por una tela \u00abmuselina\u00bb o un colador de t\u00e9 de tela para quitar los ultimos particulos restantes de la leche. Dejar enfriar. Ghee se mantiene fresco en la nevera unos cuatro meses, fuera a temperatura ambiental de cuatro a seis semanas y congelado casi eternamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Importante:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>si el ghee se ulitila para freir, hay que filtrarlo despues para quitar los particulos restantes y evitar que estos se quemen la proxima vez. Se puede utilizar el mismo ghee repentinas veces. Cuando el ghee se haya puesto demasiado oscuro, hay que tirarlo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cuidado con el agua! Cuando el ghee entra en contacto con agua &#8211; aunque sean solo unas gotitas &#8211; va a salpicar fuertemente! Hay que vigilar que la olla este bien seca antes de empezar a cocinar y no verter agua en el ghee caliente nunca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>verdura que se a\u00f1ade al ghee empieza a producir espuma.
