La sopa de espinacas tiene una textura muy suave porque lleva arroz, es facil de digerir y es sana. Poner a hervir en una olla grande agua ligeramente salada. A\u00f1adir el cumino, remover durante 15 segundos, despu\u00e9s a\u00f1adir los clavos, la nuez moscada y la pimienta negra. Verter el pure en una olla grande, a\u00f1adir el resto del caldo, la leche y rectificar con sal y jugo de limon. Ghee tiene un sabor ligeramente a nuez y les da un sabor delicioso. Aceite vegetal neutral tambi\u00e9n sirve. Freir las bolitas 5 &#8211; 7 minutos, moverlas de vez en cuando para que todas tengan un color dorado alrededor.
