Este queso es m\u00e1s firma que el queso fresco que compramos en el super. Se parece un poco al mat\u00f3. Sirve muy bien para las comidas indias (<a href=\"https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/es\/project\/sopa-de-espinacas-con-bolitas-de-queso-fresco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ver aqu\u00ed sopa de espinacas con bolitas que queso<\/a>) o el t\u00edpico Palak Paneer. Tambi\u00e9n sabe bien para untar en el pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efecto en las doshas:<\/strong> bueno para Vata y Pitta. Aumenta Kapha. Ayurveda recomienda no comer queso (yogur, mat\u00f3) por la noche \/ para la cena porque es dificil de digerir y obstruye las \u00absrotas\u00bb (canales de transporte). Al medio d\u00eda es el mejor momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 litro de leche da para 115 gr. de queso paneer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 litros de leche da para 250 gr. de queso paneer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 &#8211; 4 cucharadas de jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pa\u00f1uelo de algodon (de bebe)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se puede utilizar jugo de lim\u00f3n, suero o yogur para la perparaci\u00f3n de queso paneer. El jugo de lim\u00f3n le da al queso un sabor ligeramente acido, yogur le hace m\u00e1s suave. A nosotros nos gusta con jugo de lim\u00f3n. La cantidad del jugo determina la \u00abdureza\u00bb del queso. Cuanto m\u00e1s jugo de lim\u00f3n, m\u00e1s duro resulta el queso. Y tampoco lo queremos duro como una tabla. Por eso utilizamos la cantidad m\u00ednima de jugo. Para 2 litros de leche son 3 &#8211; 4 cucharadas de jugo de lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colocar un pa\u00f1uelo doblado y mojado en un colador. El pa\u00f1uelo debe de estar mojado con agua. Escurrido con las manos, pero mojado. Ojo: debe haber espacio suficente para que la leche pueda \u00absubir\u00bb cuando empieza a hervir. Sacar la leche del fuego. Ahora colar todo por el pa\u00f1uelo y el colador. Colocar el queso paneer en el frigo. Si el queso debe salir m\u00e1s blando, colgar el pa\u00f1uelo solo en el grifo del fregadero y dejar que gotee el liquido lentamente. No colocar pesos extras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El suero se puede beber o &#8211; despues de uno, mejor de dos d\u00edas &#8211; volver a utilizarlo como \u00abcuajante\u00bb. Para un litro de leche se necesita 300ml de suero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El queso paneer se puede comer de diferentes formas y acabas de hacer tu primer queso!
