Esta receta da para 4 &#8211; 5 gofres deliciosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un desayuno o merienda excellente para los tipos Pitta. Ghee, dulce, avena &#8211; todos amigos de Pitta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g de copos de avena (normales, ni muy suaves ni muy duros)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharas de ghee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de levadura<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharas de azucar integral moreno (a ras)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pisca de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de canela<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 ml de agua tibia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> juntar y remover todos los ingredientes y dejar \u00abhincharse\u00bb 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calentar la maquina para hcer gofres (untar la parte interior con el ghee) y asar los gofres. Cuando esten crujientes, sacarlos y a\u00f1adir un poco de nata montada, frutas frescas de la temporada o simplemente para el desayuno disfrutalos con mermelada o miel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La receta original proviene del libro: Das grosse Ayurveda Ern\u00e4hrungsbuch.
