Mucho mejor que las limonadas artificiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efecto en los doshas:<\/strong> Seg\u00fan la filosof\u00eda del ayurveda no se deben mezclar productos l\u00e1cteos con frutas acidas, ni comerlos juntos. Pero si el mango es maduro y dulce, debe estar bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El efecto para los 3 doshas: calma vata y enfr\u00eda pitta. Los kapha no deber\u00edan tomarlo a menudo por el azucar a\u00f1adido y el yogur. Para ellos ser\u00eda m\u00e1s apto un lassie salado con un porcentajo alto de agua y especies que estimulan la digesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 2 &#8211; 3 personas<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 mango maduro y grande, pelado y cortado en trozos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de azucar moreno integral<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 gr. de yogur natural (3,8% grasa) unas 5 &#8211; 6 cucharadas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 ml de agua fria<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de agua de rosas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juntar todos los ingredientes en un bol y mezclarlo con un mini beamer uno o dos minutos, hasta que el liquido quede cremoso y liso. Y listo! Por cierto, este mango lassie puede servir como merienda en vez de comer pan o boller\u00eda para los pekes. A ellos les encanta beberlo con una paja. Si lo pones en el frigo, se mantiene bien hasta el d\u00eda siguiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si te apetece tomarlo en invierno y no hay mango fresco (como en los pa\u00edses nordicos), tambien se puede utilizar pur\u00e9 de mango, pero siempre es mejor la fruta fresca.
