M\u00e1s caracter\u00edsticas buenas imposible! Esta sopa es uno de mis platos \u00abestandard\u00bb en casa y la puedes preparar en una cantidad m\u00e1s grande para luego tener algo cuando vuelves a casa por la noche. Solo tienes que calentarla. Definitivamente recomendable. Las habas amarillas mungo no producen \u00abvientos\u00bb. El segundo d\u00eda el dal esta aun mejor. Mung dal amarillo son habas mungo verde peladas y no se tienen que mojar en agua. Si te apetece saber m\u00e1s sobre las propiedades saludables de las habas mungo, puedes leerlo aqu\u00ed: <a href=\"https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/es\/project\/habas-mungo-nutritivas\/\">habas mungo.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para 4 raciones &#8211; tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n 45 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150 gr. habas mungo amarillas ( o mong dal)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 gr. tomates frescos (3 grandes o 12 cherry)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cm gengibre recien rallado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharas aceite de olivo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita semillas de mostaza negras<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita semillas de cilantro molido (recien)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita semillas de hinojo molido grueso (en un mortero)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de c\u00farcuma molido &#8211; mejor la ra\u00edz fresca picada finamente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pimienta negra molida o pimienta pippali molida para tipos Pitta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 L de caldo de verdura<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 manojo cilantro fresco cortado grueso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 diente de ajo cortado fino (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar las habas con agua fria dentro de un colador. Si tienes tomates grandes, quita la ramita, ponlos en un bol y vierte agua hierviendo encima. Espera dos minutos, quita es agua, deja enfriar los tomates y les quitas la piel y los huesos dentro. Despues c\u00f3rtalos en trozos medianos. Si tienes tomates cherry, solo hay que lavarlos y cortarlos en cuartos. Pelar el gengibre y rallarlo o picarlo finamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calienta el aceite de oliva en una olla y cuanto este bien caliente (no echando humo) a\u00f1ades las semillas de mostaza. Espera un momento hasta que empiezen a saltar. No debe durar demasiado tiempo para que no se quemen. Despues hay que a\u00f1adir los dem\u00e1s especies y removerlos durante un minuto. Ahora se echan las habas amarillas y los tomates, tambien hay que removerlos durante un minuto. A continuaci\u00f3n se vierte el caldo de verdura por encima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fuego medio se deja cocinar unos 30 &#8211; 40 minutos con la tapa cerrada hasta que las habas amarillas esten totalmente blandas y se hayan desecho. Como suelen hincharse bstante, toma un vaso de agua caliente m\u00e1s para a\u00f1adirlo a la sopa. Debe quedar cremoso. Salpimentar y a\u00f1adir el cilantro fresco pocos minutos antes de servir el dal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consejo: moler las semillas de cilantro y hinojo en un mortero hace una diferencia considerable en comparaci\u00f3n con las especies ya molidas en bolsitas. Vale la pena!
