No debe sustituir la pizza hecha al horno de le\u00f1a de tu pizzer\u00eda favorita, pero es una buena alternativa para preparar en casa en vez de la masa con levadura, otra a base de coliflor, almendras y copos de avena. Para variar. Sabe como suena y sale crujiente. Te apetece m\u00e1s? La receta es del libro&#8230;Aqu\u00ed la puedes seguir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 1 pizza<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para la masa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>una coliflor mediana, cortada en piezas gruesas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 gr de almendras molidas (funciona tambien con avellanas)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 gr. de copos de avellana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pisca de oregano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sal, pimienta negra molida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 huevos batidos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para la capa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 gr. de tomate en trzitos (mejor fresco que de lata)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 diente de ajo (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 manojo de albahaca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 bola de mozarella (125 gr)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 manso de verdura verde (espinacas, rucola)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 pieza de hinojo, cortado en rodajas muy finas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pecorino o parmesano para echar encima<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calentar el horno a 220\u00baC y cubrir la bandeja de horno con papel de hornear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moler la coliflor hasta obtener granos de tama\u00f1o de arroz. Verterlos en un bol, a\u00f1ade los copos de avena, sal, pimienta y oregano. Mezclarlo todo con la mano. Crea un peque\u00f1o agujero en medio de la masa seca y echa los huevos batidos alli dentro. Amasa todo bien con las manos. Hacer de la masa una bola, la cual saldr\u00e1 un poco m\u00e1s blanda y h\u00fameda que la masa \u00abnormal\u00bb de pizza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untar el papel de hornear con un poco de aceite y pon la bola de masa de pizza encima, en medio. Extenderla con las manos sobre el papel \/ bandeja. La masa debe tener una gordura de 1\/2 cm (eso es muy importante, sino quedar\u00e1 grueso y \u00abchof\u00bb. Subir la masa en los bordes un poco hacia arriba. Pon lo en el horno durante 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto haz un pur\u00e9e con el mini beamer de: los tomates, la mitad de la albahaca, ajo, sal, pimienta m\u00e1s un buen chorro de aceite de oliva. Saca la masa base ahora del horno. y sube la temperatura a 240\u00baC. Vierte el mix tomate de forma uniformemente por encima de la base y coloca el mozarella en lonchas, el rucola y el hinojo cortado. Un poco m\u00e1s de aceite por encima y al horno para unos 8 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando la pizza esta lista, espolvorea el parmesano y las hojas de albahaca que quedan por encima. Buen appetito! Como en Italia, solo diferente.
