Con hierbas frescas, s\u00e9samo y zumo de lima le damos un sabor ligeramente asi\u00e1tico y combina muy bien en verano con verdura o pescado\/carne a la plancha. Y en los meses grises de invierno trae m\u00e1s color y vidilla al plato! Es una de mis ensaladas favoritas. Y as\u00ed se prepara:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por persona se calcula 1\/2 o 1 boniato, seg\u00fan su tama\u00f1o. La cantidad se reduce un poco al marinarlo y como sale muy rico es mejor no calcular de menos. Aqu\u00ed preparamos una raci\u00f3n para dos personas, como ensalada acompa\u00f1ante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 boniato grande<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>zumo de 1\/2 lima (o limon)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pisca de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de azucar de ca\u00f1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>gengibre rallado fresco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 buen chorro de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>cilantro fresco cortado (quien tiene un poco de menta fresca tambi\u00e9n)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de semillas de s\u00e9samo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar el boniato y cortarlo en rodajas finas. Coger las rodajas y cortarlo otra vez tipo \u00abjuliana\u00bb, ver la foto. Depositar la ensalada unos 10 minutos al lado y dejar marinar. Desp\u00faes a\u00f1adir el zumo de lima, el gengibre rallado, las semillas de s\u00e9samo y las hierbas frescas cortadas. Ya nada m\u00e1s. Sabe fant\u00e1stico y lo vas a devorar.
