La preparaci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s que facil y listo un dip que puedes disfrutar con crackers, pan, con verduras, o simplemete all\u00ed donde falta algo en el plato. La receta original viene del libro \u00abVegan original\u00bb, de la autora Josita Hartanto, un tesoro de recetas veganas y bien hechas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 jarro peque\u00f1o de habas blancas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 &#8211; 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de tahin (pasta de s\u00e9samo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de limon exprimido<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 diente de ajo peque\u00f1o<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dejar escurrir bien las habas y ponerlas junto con todos los dem\u00e1s ingredientes en un recipiente. Hacer un pur\u00e9 finito y cremoso con el mini beamer. Listo!
