Una variante m\u00e1s de como preparar verdura de manera creativa, sorprendente y gustoso. Una receta extraordinaria que se puede adapatar a su gusto de manera facil. Esta receta viene de Josita Hartanto, de su libro \u00abVegan genial\u00bb y es muy recomendable igual que muchas de sus otras recetas. El truco con el \u00abrollo\u00bb os lo contamos aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8 hojas anchas !! de un col chino<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 gr. de calabaza hokkaido<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tasas de arroz cocido, blanco o integral<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 lata peque\u00f1a de habas rojas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 cm de gengibre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 ramo de cebollino<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de s\u00e9samo tostado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>zumo de una lima<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 cucharadas de nueces (walnut, nogal)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 &#8211; 1 cucharadita de sambal olek<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de salsa de soja shoyu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>hilo de cocina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar las hojas de col chino, secarlas y extenderlas en una fuente ancha. Salar las hojas ligeramente y dejar reposar m\u00ednimo unos 20 minutos. Asi ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s facil de envolver (hacer rollitos) luego. Rallar la calabaza. Dejar escurrir las habas y aplastarlas con un tenedor. Ahora mezclar las habas con el arroz y la calabaza rallada. Rallar el gengibre finamente, picar los cebollinos y a\u00f1adirlos junto con las nueces cortados, el s\u00e9samo, sambal olek y el zumo de lima a la mezcla de arroz\/habas\/calabaza. Remover todo bien y rectificar con sal. Ahora repartir el relleno encima de las hojas de col, uno por uno. Ponerlo en medio, echar los laterales de la hoja de col para dentro y enrollar. Fijarlo con el hilo de cocina y seguir haciendo lo mismo con todas las hojas. Poner unas gotas de aceite de oliva encima de cada rollito, meterlos en la olla de vapor y dejarlos cocer suavemente con la tapa cerrada unos 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Muy recomendable: a\u00f1adir una salsa de tomate y s\u00e9samo <\/strong>(no se cocina, se prepara en frio rapidamente).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 tomates grandes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 centimetros de un pepino<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pisca de oreg\u00e1no<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 diente de ajo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 cucharadas de tahin (pasta de s\u00e9samo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sal y pimienta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortar los tamotes en trozitos. Pelar el pepino y cortarlo en quadritos. Poner todo junto en un mixer junto con los dem\u00e1s ingredientes y hacer un pur\u00e9e fino.
