Limpia suavemente los intestinos y provee el cuerpo con nueva energ\u00eda vital. Se habla de Dal cuando se trata de habas mungo cortados. Se recomienda comerlas sobre todo por la noche\/tarde en la cena. Tranquiliza la digesti\u00f3n, satisface y promueve un dormir tranquilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La haba mungo aporta proteinas de alto valor y contiene un 24% de ellas.&nbsp; Adem\u00e1s nos provee con minerales como el potasio, mangnesio, zink, vitaminas y \u00e1cidos folicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combinados con arroz se obtiene un perfil de proteinas excellente. Con lo cual es un sustituto genial para la gente que prefiere evitar carne o productos l\u00e1cteos. En pa\u00edses de latinoamerica es muy comun combinar legumbres con cereales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Habas mungo purifican y desintoxican el cuerpo. En su piel hay enzymas, que desintoxican los intestinos. Solo as\u00ed puede el cuerpo asimilar todas las sustancias nutritivas que ingerimos.
