Su sabor es la bomba, satisfacen, se comen para el desayuno igual que para la comida o la cena, seg\u00fan tu gusto. Tengo que admitir que las primeras hamburguesas no llegan ni a la mesa. So na la vez rusticos y una delicia culinaria. Suave por dentro y crujiente por fuera, afrutado, y aromatizado con especies de la india. Sanos, nutritivos y muy bien digestibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efecto en las doshas:<\/strong> Tridosha &#8211; equilibrando los tres doshas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong> para 2 raciones (=8 hamburguesas, 4 son suficientes para una persona)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>una taza de habas mungo amarillo (aprox. 180 gr)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 diente de ajo, picado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharaditas de hojas de heno griego<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de semillas negras de cebollas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211; 2 cebollitas de primavera, cortados en lonchas finas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de c\u00farcuma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de Garam Masala<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 platano maduro, cortado en quadritos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 &#8211; 3 cucharadas de aceite vegetal neutral<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner las habas mungo en remojo en abundante agua para un minimo de 4 &#8211; 5 horas (mejor durante la noche). Echar el agua de remojo y poner las habas, el ajo y la sal en un recipiente y hacer un pur\u00e9e liso de ello con un mini beamer. Parece demasiado seco a primera vista, pero saldr\u00e1 una masa cremosa. Eso es lo que queremos. Calentar el aceite y a\u00f1adir la especies ( hojas de heno griego, c\u00farcuma, garam masala, semillas negras de cebollas) y removerlos durante 1 &#8211; 2 minutos sin quemarlos. A\u00f1adir el aceite con las especies a la masa de habas. Al final coges el platano cortado y las cebollitas y remueves todo con una cuchara grande. Te cabr\u00e1n 3 o 4 a la vez en una sart\u00e9n. Cuidado, las hamburguesas son muy calientes cuando las vas a sacar! Dejalas enfriar un poco, sino te perder\u00e1s su buen sabor y te quemar\u00e1s. Te sabr\u00e1s la receta rapidamente de memoria y resular\u00e1 tan facil de hacer como cocinar pasta. Hambuerguesas habas mungo platano son un plato favorito definitivo!
