Fresca, crujiente y sabrosa, con garbanzos tostados. Para las noches calidas de verano en las que no te apetece de cocinar o para una comidita ligera en la oficina. De sabor tiene un toque extraordinario gracias al Chaat Masala: una mezcla de especies que contiene todos los sabores: dulce, acido, picante, salado, astringente y amargo poruqe lleva Amchur (Polvo de mango), Black Salt, cumino, cilantro, pimienta negra, pimienta cayenne y gengibre molido. Al final se a\u00f1ade limon y copos de coco y realmente sale un sue\u00f1o de ensalada! Descubr\u00ed la receta en el libro \u00abOriginal Indisch\u00bb (titulo en alem\u00e1n) de Meera Sodha. Un placer de muchas p\u00e1ginas. Una ensalada que refresca y satisface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efecto en las doshas:<\/strong> tridosha- no altera ning\u00fan dosha. Si Pitta ya es alterado, mejor no utilizar las semillas negras de mostaza y sambal olek. Un poco de gengibre fresco rallado ser\u00eda m\u00e1s adecuado en este caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong> ( si hay mucha hambre, sirve m\u00e1s bien para dos personas)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 pepino (280 g), sacando los huesos de en medio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g de r\u00e1banito<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 cebolletas (ajo tierno)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Huesos de una granada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25 g de hojas de cilantro fresco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 cucharadas de aceite de colza<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de semillas de mostaza negras<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 lata de garbanzos (400 g)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de pimienta cayenne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/4 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharaditas de azucar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>jugo de medio limon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de coco rallado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de chaat masala (tienda asi\u00e1tica)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortar el pepino por la mitad y quitar los huesitos de en medio con una cuchara. Cortar el pepino en cubos peque\u00f1os, de tama\u00f1o de una garbanzo. Cortar los rabanitos de la misma forma. Coartar las cebolletas en rodajas muy finas y a\u00f1adirlas junto con los huesos de la granada a los rabanitos y al pepino. Dorarlos durante unos 5 minutos. Ahora a\u00f1adir la pimienta cayenne, sal, azucar y el jugo de lim\u00f3n. Bajar la temperatura un poco, a\u00f1adir los copos de coco y remover todo bien. Y listo.
