Se hace r\u00e1pido y se come como dip con pan o complemento en la comida para equilibrar por ejemplo un curry muy picante. La receta viene de una compilaci\u00f3n de recetas de Kerstin Rosenberg, \u00abDie Kochkunst des Ayurveda\u00bb. Raita de pepino es fresca, arom\u00e1tica y deliciosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efecto en las doshas:<\/strong> Seg\u00fan el ayurveda yogur &#8211; y encima frio &#8211; no beneficia el funcionamento de agni y aumenta Kapha. Pero las especias equilibran esta tendencia y de esta manera los tipos kapha tambi\u00e9n pueden disfrutar sin exagerar de esta raita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 g de yogur natural, 3,7% grasa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 pepino, quitando los huesitos interiores<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de comino molido<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de c\u00farcuma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida ( o pimienta pippali)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 cucharadita de pimiento rojo dulce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar el pepino y sacar los huesitos con una cuchara. Cortar el pepino en quadritos.
