Ha probado ya much\u00edsimas variaciones. Esta es una de sus preferidas, por eso queremos compartirla con vosotros. La receta viene del libro \u00abVegetarisch mit Liebe\u00bb de Jeanine Donofrio y se prepara con muchas hierbas frescas, especias asi\u00e1ticas y es un tesoro estival! Pruebala, te encantar\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 cucharada de salsa Tamari<\/p>\n<p>1 diente de ajo, pelado y aplastado<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharada de zumo de lim\u00f3n exprimido<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharada de vinagre de arroz<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharaditas de azucar de ca\u00f1a<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ensalada<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Mango no muy maduro, la pulpa cortada en tiras finas<\/p>\n<p>1 r\u00e1bano medio grande, cortado en tiras finas<\/p>\n<p>1 zanah\u00f3ria, cortada en tiras finas<\/p>\n<p>120 g de pasta Vermicelli<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharadas de menta picada (grueso)<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharadas de albahaca picado (grueso)<\/p>\n<p>4 cucharadas de cilantro picado (grueso)<\/p>\n<p>Sal<\/p>\n<p>Germinados para decorar<\/p>\n<p>30 g de cacahuetes, tostados y picados (grueso)<\/p>\n<p>Limas cortadas en cuartos para decorar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para hacer el dressing, mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bol peque\u00f1o. Mezclar la zanah\u00f3ria, el mango y el r\u00e1bano cortado en un bol grande. Verter la mitad del dressing encima y dejar marinar 15 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Entre tanto, cocinar la pasta seg\u00fan las instrucciones en el envuelto. Verter el agua caliente cuando esten listas y \u00abasustar\u00bb la pasta con agua fria unos segundo. A\u00f1adir la pasta en el bol con las verduras, mezclar con el resto del dressing, a\u00f1adir las hierbas frescas, salpimentar y decorar con cacahuetes, germinados y limas. Lista la ensalada de pasta con mango y r\u00e1bano. Un poco picante y sabrosa, dulce y salado, ligero y consistente. Vale mucho la pena probarla.
