Tiene un efecto equilibrante y harmonizante en los tres doshas. Quien no tolera bien el picante o el que no quiere forzar su pitta en verano a\u00fan m\u00e1s, deber\u00eda probar este chutney. La albahaca pertenece a las plantas sagradas en la India y forma parte de las hierbas m\u00e1s sattvicas. Genera harmon\u00eda en el cuerpo y en la mente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La preparaci\u00f3n se hace facilmente y un chutney enriquece la cena o cualqier comida como suplemento sabroso. La receta proviene de Kerstin Rosenberg de una compilaci\u00f3n de recetas \u00abDie Kochkunst des Ayurveda\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 tomates maduros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 manojo grande de albahaca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 g de yogur natural, 3,7 % de grasa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 piszca de cardamomo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de azucar integral<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de hojas secadas Methi (heno griego) &#8211; en cualquier tienda asi\u00e1tica<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar los tomates con un cuchillo muy afinado o con agua hirviendo (metiendo los tomates para unos minutos en agua hervida, sacarlos, dejar que se enfrien un poco y la piel se deja quitar de manera muy facil). Sacar los huesitos y cortar los tomates en trozitos. Lavar las hojas de albahaca. Juntar todos los ingredientes en un mixer y hacer un pur\u00e9 liso.
