Contiene bastante verdura &#8211; casi invisible para los ni\u00f1os &#8211; y tiene un ligero sabor dulce y suave. El toque final se lo das t\u00fa cuando la preparas para el plato elegido. La receta viene de Jamie Oliver \u00abGenial gesund\u00bb, un libro juy recomendable. Esta salsa de tomate se puede devorar incluso sin pasta, as\u00ed en cucharadas grandes! Y seg\u00fan la temporada puedes variar la verdura que utilizas. Intuici\u00f3n y creatividad son deseados. Sabe rico rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3,5 a 4 litros<\/strong> (puedes utilizar simplemente la mitad de cada ingrediente, si quieres menos cantidad)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cebollas peque\u00f1as<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 puerros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 barras de apio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 zanahor\u00edas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 calabacines<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 pimientos rojos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 calabaza (aprox. 600 gr) o boniatos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 dientes de ajo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>aceite de olivo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharaditas de oregano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 latas de tomates de buena calidad (forma de huevo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar las cebollas y el ajo y picarlos, lavar bien los puerros, zanahorias y los calabacines, los pimientos y sacar los pepinos de la calabaza. A\u00f1adir la verdura cortada, salar ligeramente y cocerla a fuego lento con la tapa cerrada para 25 minutos. La verdura debe estar cocida pero no quemada. Ahora a\u00f1adir los tomates y chafarlos con las manos. Llenar a medias las latas de tomate vacias con agua y echarlas a la olla. Sazonar seg\u00fan tu gusto y el uso! A mi me gusta con un poco de sambal olek, sal, pimienta negra y romero. Y lista la salsa de tomate para almacenar.
