Ambas recetas son de Jamie Oliver del libro \u00abGenial gesund\u00bb y las dos son excellentes. Mientras cocinas la pasta, se hace la salsa y listo para comer. En 10 minutos puedes gozar de una experiencia \u00abpasta de lo mejor\u00bb en tu plato! Muy especial me ha parecido el toque de la canela al final &#8230;le da un sabor calentito, dulce y terroso, mientras el lim\u00f3n y las alcaparras estimulan tu paladar. Yo no suelo comer mucha carne o pescado y soy consciente de que comer at\u00fan es algo problem\u00e1tico. A\u00fan as\u00ed, hago una excepci\u00f3n y disfruto el doble. Pruebalo, repetir\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 2 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150 g de pasta forma \u00abconcha\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharaditas de alcaparras mini<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>piel rallada de un lim\u00f3n bio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de queso fresco \u00abcottage\u00bb granulado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 ml salsa de tomate para almacenar &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/es\/project\/salsa-tomate-almacenar\/\">leer la receta aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 lata de atun natural (200g)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pisca de canela molido<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cocinar la pasta seg\u00fan las instrucciones. Al mismo tiempo tostar en una sarten con 1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva y a medio fuego las alcaparras y la corteza rallada del lim\u00f3n.&nbsp; Sacar las alcaparras \u00ablimoneadas\u00bb y poner las al lado. Calentar en la misma sarten la salsa de tomate con un poco de zumo de lim\u00f3n salpicado. Dejar escurrir el at\u00fan, sacarlo con un tenedor y a\u00f1adirlo a la salsa junto con una pizca de canela. Ahora a\u00f1adir el queso fresco cottage y dajar cocinar la salsa lentamente hassta que la pasta este lista. Reservar un poco del agua de cocci\u00f3n de la pasta. Mezclar la pasta con la salsa y echar un poco de agua si hace falta para que este m\u00e1s l\u00edquida. Repartir la pasta en los platos y esparcir las alcaparras por encima. Sabe maravillosamente bien.
